The Bottom Line

Google Scholar is a real boon for students and research professionals. Even though much of the information found by Google Scholar isn't available online (or for free), it still opens the curtain to the world of the invisible web, and lets you discover content that you otherwise wouldn't have found via traditional web search engines. Yeah, you may still need to trundle down to the library, but at least you'll know exactly what you're looking for.
