The Bottom LineWhile I don't particularly like the lack of folders, I grudgingly admit that Google has created a pretty good web-based email service with Gmail. I particularly like the huge storage capability, which just encourages my pack-rattish tendencies. It's a worthy competitor for the more established MSN Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail services.
