Ratings, Refunds, and Reposts
After you get a response to your question, you should provide feedback to the researcher (and to other users) by rating the answer. Researcher ratings not only provide guidance to other potential questioners, they also help Google track the overall performance of each researcher.
To rate an answer, go to the question page and click the Rate Answer button. You can rate an answer from 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the best rating. You can also provide comments about the answer, to help clarify your numerical rating.
If you feel an answer is totally unsatisfactory, you can reject it and request a refund. You can also, if you like, repost the question, to give another researcher a crack at it. You perform both of these actions from the answered question page. (You'll need to provide explanations for both the refund and repost request.)
