There is plenty of information specific to SUSE Linux out there.
SUSE's official websites include basic product information and links to other sources of help. www.suse.com, www.suse.co.uk, and www.suse.de/en/ are the U.S., U.K., and the English-language European sites, respectively.
The SUSE portal is at http://portal.suse.com. This includes a searchable archive of support articles. If you have a business version, this is also where you register it to gain access to customer areas including the "maintenance web."
There is a hardware database at: http://hardwaredb.suse.de/. It is by no means comprehensive (in fairness to SUSE, it would be extremely difficult to make it so), but it is a good place to start when looking for hardware compatibility information.
Information about hardware and software certifications for the Enterprise Server can be found at www.suse.com/us/business/certifications/.
Specific information about running Oracle on SUSE is at www.suse.com/oracle/.
There are many public mailing lists run by SUSE: see www.suse.com/us/private/support/online_help/mailinglists/. The archives are at http://lists.suse.com/.
There is an unofficial SUSE FAQ at http://susefaq.sourceforge.net/.
