The guide gives you point-and-click access to each of the files on the companion disk. Here the files are listed alphabetically. Source code listings in the book, indicated by the disk icon, begin with comment lines keyed to these filenames on the disk. Figure A.3 shows a portion of the Source Code Index by Filename.
